Overview
This Nevada hotel has big plans for the future, and Designpax was hired to help bring those plans to life on the web.
Designpax was selected to help this existing hotel in Nevada start is transformation from sleepy highway motel to destination hotspot in Virginia City, Nevada. Recently acquired, the new owners had a new and bold vision for the future of the property and it all started with a new more manageable website.
Designpax started working on a sitemap and then wireframes for the new pages. Once those were approved by the client, the design team crafted beautiful and functional core page templates that could be reused to create the rest of the site.
Once the environments were setup in Contentful and Netflify, the development team start on coding the pages in Vue.js. We incorporated a 3rd-party booking widget and Google Analytics. After a successful launch, we are now working on additional functionality and content to support the hotels growth and expansion.
